Before you write

A few things we want to be upfront about, so we don't waste your time:

• We don't do one-on-one tech support. If a tool we covered isn't working for you, the vendor's support team is faster than we are. We'll happily flag widespread issues in a future update, but we can't debug your specific account.
• Check the relevant tutorial first. Most reader questions are already answered in long-form on the blog.
• AI tool pricing and features change. We update articles when we notice, but the vendor's own page is the source of truth. If a tutorial cites a price that's moved, please send the new figure and the source link.
