Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Productivity Daily LLC and its members from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of another.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site changes. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
