Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 23, 2026

This privacy policy explains what information AI Productivity Daily collects when you visit aiproductivitydaily.com, how that information is used, and the choices you have. The site is operated by AI Productivity Daily, a Florida limited liability company. Pete Fluriach is the editor and the data controller for any personal data processed through this site.

Questions about this policy should go to our contact form.

Information we collect

We collect two categories of information.

Information you give us. When you subscribe to the newsletter, you provide your email address and, optionally, a first name. When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in the message. When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you submit. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, payment information, or government identifiers.

Information collected automatically. When you load a page on this site, your browser sends standard request data — IP address, browser type, referring URL, the page you requested, and the time of the request. Our host and our advertising and analytics partners may log this data for operational, security, and measurement purposes.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies for three purposes: keeping the site functional, measuring how visitors use it, and showing advertising. On your first visit you will see a cookie consent banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice anytime using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the site footer.

Strictly necessary cookies — the ones required for the site to function — do not require consent under GDPR and are always set. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you accept them.

Google AdSense

We display advertising through Google AdSense. Our AdSense publisher ID is ca-pub-1830956071398484.

Google and its partners use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads on this site based on your prior visits to this site and other sites. These cookies may also be used by Google and its partners to build a profile of your interests for advertising on other sites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by Google at google.com/settings/ads. You can also opt out of personalized advertising from many participating advertising networks at aboutads.info/choices.

More detail on how Google uses data from sites that use its services is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which articles get read, where readers come from, and how the site is performing. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner — if you decline, the analytics script is never injected.

Google Analytics processes IP addresses, page paths, referrers, device and browser identifiers, and behavioral events. It does not receive your name or email. Google's privacy practices for Analytics are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

Newsletter and email

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored with our email service provider so we can deliver the newsletter and the occasional update. The provider may collect standard metrics like opens and clicks, which we use to understand which articles resonate.

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from future sends; you can also email us and ask to be deleted entirely from the subscriber list.

How we use information

  • To operate, secure, and maintain the website
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to
  • To respond to messages you send us
  • To understand site usage in aggregate via analytics
  • To serve relevant advertising via AdSense, subject to your consent choices
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information for money. See the CCPA section below for what we do and do not share for advertising purposes.

Your CCPA rights (California residents)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, certain advertising cookie-based activity may be considered “sharing” even if no money changes hands. You can opt out of this sharing by rejecting advertising cookies in the consent banner, by opening “Cookie Preferences” from the footer, or by emailing us at our contact form with the subject line “CCPA opt-out.”

To exercise other CCPA rights, email us at the address above. We will verify your identity using the email address associated with your subscription, then respond within the timeframes required by law.

Your GDPR rights (EU and UK residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and the right to object to processing. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time for any processing that relies on consent.

Our legal bases for processing are: consent (analytics and advertising cookies, newsletter subscription) and legitimate interests (site operation, security, and aggregated analytics).

To exercise any GDPR right, email our contact form. You can change cookie consent at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Data retention

Newsletter subscriber data is retained while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable archival period after unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for security and debugging purposes for a limited period. Aggregated analytics data is retained indefinitely but is not tied to an identifiable person.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, and our hosting and service providers maintain industry-standard security controls. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Third-party links

Articles on this site link to AI tool vendors and other third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites. Read their policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes or as regulations evolve. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes that affect how we use existing subscriber data, we will email subscribers at least 14 days in advance. See related disclosures on the Terms of Use and Affiliate Disclaimer pages.
